Phase 1: Construction Update

In early July, the Town of Manchester awarded the Charter Oak Park West Phase 1 construction project to Derita and Sons Construction. Derita and Sons will begin work at the site in early August and anticipate completing Phase 1 construction by late spring/early summer 2025. Phase 1 of the project includes site improvements, parking lot construction and the turf soccer field construction.
