Notice of Proposed Amendments to Commercial Zoning Regulations

The Town of Manchester would like to inform you of an upcoming Town meeting where proposed amendments to commercial zoning districts may be discussed and adopted.

The proposed amendments include consolidation of business zones, updates to permitted uses and district standards, revision of regulations for principal and accessory uses, and aligning town regulations with the middle housing requirements of Public Act 25-1.

The basic information on the five applications can be reviewed under the Proposed Zoning Amendments section on the right-hand side of this page (Applications 9–13).

This letter is intended as an early notice so that you can review the proposed amendments and participate in the planning process. There will be at least one meeting (details below) where the proposal will be discussed.
