Manchester NEXT Approved for Adoption

The Manchester NEXT, Plan of Conservation and Development is now in effect as of Wednesday, July 12, 2023. The Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on June 21st, 2023. The commission adopted the plan afterward.

Thank you for playing an important role in shaping the vision for the future of Manchester. The Planning and Zoning Commission and the Town staff will now work on carrying out the recommendations of Manchester NEXT. More resources to assist in plan implementation will be added to this page over time.
