A Recovery Committee will be created at the State and Local levels to help assist with the COVID-19 recovery phased approach to reopening the community.

COVID-19 statistics and information will be tracked and shared to help with COVID-19 recovery decision making.
As of October 29th, the Town of Manchester’s average daily rate of new cases of COVID-19 is 10.9, placing the town in the “orange alert” category. In terms of average daily new cases over the past two weeks, Manchester ranks 70th of the 169 cities and towns in Connecticut.
Governor Lamont issued an Executive Order NO. 9J on October 29th allowing Towns in the “red alert” or “orange alert” categories the ability to scale back reopening business and sector guidelines from Phase 3 to Phase 2.
