In November of 2022, Manchester voters approved the funding to build a new main library at 1041 Main Street and the Board of Directors established the Library Building Committee dedicated to the planning and oversight of the project. (See Board Resolution and Committee Members Roster under "Important Documents")

We aim to create a 21st-century public library that serves as a vibrant hub for learning, culture, and connection, and as a repository of knowledge and information, enhancing the public library's pivotal role in the Manchester community.
