In November of 2022, Manchester voters approved the funding to build a new main library at 1041 Main Street and the Board of Directors established the Library Building Committee dedicated to the planning and oversight of the project. This Your Voice Matters Manchester page will provide timely updates on the progress of the library building project and opportunities for community residents and businesses to share their vision, both in-person and online, ensuring that the new library becomes a true reflection of the town's needs and desires. We aim to create a 21st-century public library that serves as a vibrant hub for learning, culture, and connection, and as a repository of knowledge and information, enhancing the public library's pivotal role in the Manchester community.
